I am John R Petree engineer, technician and project manager providing my services as a consultant. I can perform quality technical work to help you:

You can get all work performed just as if you had subcontracted out that work to a local communications contractor licensed as such by the state where the work was performed. However you maintain more control because the personnel provided (myself) work directly under your supervision and control.

• Our Project Managers are directly accountable for managing and are well able to be responsible for the deployment of a specified Customer Site and the accountability for the overall project installation. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to your company products. This can encompass the management, scheduling, and oversight of third party vendors and Customer deliverables. Through use our managers these projects can be deployed so they meet scheduling, budget, testing, and quality requirements before the entire project or any systems within each project are turned over to the Customer.
• In completing these goals, our Project Manager confirms the schedule of labor, materials and tools with each Customer and third party vendor. Our project Manager can be the primary liaison for the Customer's site contact and your company Deployment Team. By providing a continuous on-site presence, our manager, will be able to be the main liaison and focal point of any problem that needs resolution or escalation for resolution.
• Our Project Manager will ensure that each third party vendor will conduct in process and final quality audits, and ensure that the installations are performed according to the Customer's and/or your company quality process and procedures. Our Project Manager will assist your company internal and external personnel while on site with any question or concerns that may arise during the project interval. Lastly, our Project Manager maintains outstanding relationships with Internal and External Customer/s, and Third Party Vendors.
